Your research design influences the coding process. Our NVivo coding and analysis services are customized for your qualitative research project according to size, the depth of analysis and consultation needed, and to meet your deadlines.

We focus on your project and we offer quick turnarounds with prescheduling.

Secure Data Exchange

All data and final reports are exchanged through our secure dropbox or by email as Word documents, Excel charts, and other reporting formats applicable to your project.

The NVivo project file is provided, if you wish, but you do not need to know how to use NVivo to utilize these services.

It is up to you to read the reports, draw conclusions and write up your findings so this is very much your own project; the work we do does not overstep those boundaries.

Coding Fee and Payment

The coding fee for qualitative dissertation projects depends upon the number of transcribed interviews or surveys, the number of questions, and the average length of interview (minutes) or survey (pages). The coding fee does not include transcription services. The quote is stated as Coding Fee. Payment is processed with major credit cards or PayPal on secure sites, or by personal check.

Transcription/Coding Services and Payment

We offer transcription services as a convenient service to those utilizing our coding services. We use reputable transcribing services with quick turnarounds and coding starts upon receipt of the transcriptions. The quote is stated as Transcribing Fee. Payment is processed with major credit cards or PayPal on secure sites, or by personal check.
